Privacy Policy — Video Focus

Video Focus collects no user data. Nothing is recorded, stored, transmitted or shared.

What the extension does

• It runs only on youtube.com pages, where it hides short-form shelves and recommendation feeds.
• It has no popup, no options page, no toolbar button, no analytics and no storage.
• It makes no network requests of its own and reads no page content beyond the page it is injected into.

What it does not do

• It does not collect personally identifiable information, health, financial, authentication or location data.
• It does not collect web history, user activity or website content.
• It does not sell or transfer any data to third parties, and it has no third-party servers.

Permissions

The single declared permission is a content-script match on youtube.com and m.youtube.com, needed solely to hide those shelves. No other host, no browser API permission and no remote code is used.

Children and managed devices

The extension is installed and enforced by device policy on computers managed by the machine's administrator. It works identically for every user of such a device.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this address.
